We recently sold our property in SE4 with Bryan and Keegan.Jamie, Ellen and Michelle are exceptional estate agents, both professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale and exchange; from the initial viewings to managing a very long and sometimes challenging chain.Jamie is calm and collected and was completely un-phased by the various challenges during conveyancing, never accepting failure as an outcome.Communication was clear throughout and whilst they were acting for us as sellers, they were also in close communication with our first-time buyers to guide them through the process.We would not hesitate to recommend Bryan and Keegan for your next property sale or purchase.

We cannot praise more highly Jamie and his team at the Crofton park office. Jamie is the most OUTSTANDING estate agent, he works relentlessly to keep a chain together, mediate and chase outstanding issues. Not only is he a lovely guy, he goes above and beyond, is always contactable, and is upfront and honest with sound reasoning behind his advice. The valuation was bang on, as we sold at asking price very quickly and their rates were the most competitive too! If you are looking to sell your house, do not hesitate to get in touch, we could not have done this without him!

I worked with Jamie Dalton in their Brockley office on my house sale in 2023. He was responsive, thoughtful and he gave me great reasons as to why price my house at the price point he suggested. He was right, and we had 2 offers within a few days of the house going on the market, one of which I accepted. Throughout the entire months-long process from offer to completion, he kept me apprised of everything that was going on. I never felt out of the loop. We sold our property with Jamie in early 2023. Being long established in the local area we had appreciated his advice over the years, even when we were not actively buying or selling. We also felt his strategy was the most realistic so were happy to work with him on all counts. Being local and independent, B&K manage the chain and paperwork personally, a significant advantage to the customer over the larger franchised estate agents. Having secured a quick sale, Jamie and Michelle were highly accessible and efficient in expediting the transaction to completion. It is easy to recommend them.

Jamie and the team were really great and I cannot recommend these guys enough. I met with 4 agents to sell my Brockley flat. Historically another company had sold/marketed majority of the properties in our block but I noticed the prices were consistently lower than I would have expected. Bryan and Keegan then marketed and sold one for around 5-6 % higher than the others which drew me to meet with them. The other agents just focused on the poor market and the draw backs of the property to try and get me to lower the price but Jamie was positive and we worked on a price which was realistic but also attractive for me. The end result was that I achieved full asking price and the sale was turned around within 3 months. All parties were really happy and I would definitely recommend Jamie again. It was refreshing to work with an agent who felt committed to me as a seller rather than just trying to get the sale at a lower price to get commission. Admittedly there is always a bit of luck/timing when selling but I could tell that Jamie believed the price was right and I think that is why he has sold properties at a better rate in our block than others. I wish the team well and hope they continue to grown in the SE4 area.
