Amy was great throughout the whole process, particularly when our purchase fell through - reliable, organised, clear communication, quick response time and easy to get on with. She made the process so much easier than it would have been without her! When our purchase fell through, Amy did everything within her power to help and support us, unlike the awful experience with the estate agent of the other property. She was confident and calm, which was exactly what we needed during that stressful process (as we were also about to have a baby) Not only was she professional but she was personable. Sometimes a rare trait in an estate agent :) I would 100% recommend her to everyone!

Amy was fantastic in finding us a new home. Moving is stressful as it is but with a new baby due at the same time it was made even more complicated.Amy worked really hard to help make the process as smooth as possible. My efforts to contact Boston Taylor either by phone or by email have been repeatedly ignored throughout the process of leaving my flat whom he was the Property Manager for. After handing in my notice, I required instruction on the formalities of the checkout process and how to receive my deposit back (and rental refund for the extra days paid) and I received none. Very unhelpful, uninformative and uninterested in upkeeping a level of professionalism required for such a position. I received my deposit and refund back late, without a receipt and no cost breakdown as to why I didn't receive it all back in full. Wouldn't recommend at all.

Seems like they only look after people who are buying and selling property and like to push renting tenants to the limit. After months of emails being ignored to have a deposit returned I had to start going into their office after work every day until it was returned to me, with no apology, cordiality or update. I was shocked they even had an office the way they had behaved. Whoever I called to speak to was always busy or on holiday and would call me back. Landlords should think twice about having them manage their properties it is atrocious to be consistently treating renters in this way.
