Poor customer service. I was collecting delivery order and the black old lady staff (night shift) were ignoring me for about 4 minutes then she asked me to show the order number in big screen otherwise she'll not serve me which is a ridiculous odd request.I spent about 9 minutes arguing with this rude staff member to collect... read full comment
