Beware the 14 day returns policy - no returns, exchanges, credit notes or exceptions. I ended up returning after 3 weeks after trying very hard to make it back twice before but the manager was absolutely unwilling to listen and was quite unpleasant. He could have waived the policy but he chose not to - he seemed to personally... read full comment
