Have never had an issue here. Sometimes not many staff available.

I went there with a private prescription and I wasn’t given it because my doctor wrote a wrong date of birth (which was the DOB of a 1-week year old). Got told by staff that I will never be served again (it wasn’t the tall, curly hair one) - what a shame, I love Boots.
