Been calling for the past 20mins and nobody is answering me from the pharmacy.Went here earlier on today for my medication on a prescription I have and I was told they don’t have it and they can order it for tomorrow however I needed it today and I asked for my prescription back so I can take it to another boots.Here... read full comment

My local Boots. Usually well-stocked and the queue moves quickly. I always go to this one due to the convenience of the location and never had a problem but today’s experience with Christana was very unpleasant. She watched us the entire time despite the checkout area being full of customers. Halfway through our purchase... read full comment
