Its being recommended that we go to pharmacys like Boots for acute issues instead of going to the GP (due to lack of available appointments) but the pharmacist here are useless. The pharmacy staff were rude, lazy, and totally unhelpful. Yesterday afternoon there were only two employees present, one male staff member spent the entire time on the phone, completely ignoring my attempts to get his attention. Meanwhile, the other female staff member was occupied explaining products to customers ahead... read full comment

Visited to buy folic acid tabs and found it pretty quick. The question system was not great but manage to get to the till. Would say just another Boots
