Photo Department - wanted to develop 35mm Disposable camera film as I bought it in Boots. The store doesn't have a paper form in stock to go with the film so can't develop it. Was advised to go to a bigger Boots in Stratford instead. So I did. Turns out Stratford doesn't develop film at all. Kept coming weekly to Liverpool... read full comment

Guy at medicine counter saved me £5 by recognising my prescribed medication can be bought off-shelve for much less. Legendary service ???

Absolutely awful service and attitude at Dior. Would not help with a purchased product. Made me travel to the Covent Garden Store which helped immediately and apologies for Liverpool Street branches service.
