Absolutely worst experience every time I visit. It's all a blame game as the staff don't identify themselves either on call or in person. I had to raise a prescription request few times for the same medicine. I even called them before I visited the pharmacy for collection. Literally the worse service from on the phone to face to face. Whenever I go in, the staff are either complaining or arguing about their work patterns and shifts

I have been a customer of this pharmacy for over forty years and I think it has deteriorated in service since the owner retired. They are rude on the phone (if they answer at all) and seem to choose when you will receive your medication.
