Branch in Crystal Palace was very chaotic on Saturday 4th May. Staff not fully prepared for the weekend customers. Example, getting orders and customers confused. This is my fav bakery and cafeteria in London. Always happy to come back. The pastry, the bread, the cakes and the coffee is just wonderful. The people that you see working there are always happy and kind.
