horrible security guard at BERSHKA he shouted at me and humiliated me made me empty my other shopping bags, all for it to be my metal bracelets I was wearing. If you can’t tell the difference between jewellery and theft then you shouldn’t be a security guard. Get better employees

Scandalous service, everyone is extremely grumpy in this store. They don't want to help you. If my clothes no longer fit in this store 40 minutes before closing. All shit here

Not enough staff on tills. There was 6-7 people in a queue. Only one guy was on tills and the young lady (also a member of staff) next to him was just chatting with him! You don't respect your customers and their time. I didn't find it polite while having queue the staff is chatting on tills.
