£2k dining table. Have learnt over the last year that the table top marks from any small spill, even if mopped quickly. The top is not fit for purpose. Referred by B+S to external repairer, they can't fix this type of top and said B+S had a problem with their man made marble tops. Now in the hands of the ombudsman. Great... read full comment

Really bad experience purchasing from this store.We paid £1800 for a sofa that is nearly unusable. The sofa has two clear issues that the store has refused to take responsibility for:1) the back legs provided are several inches shorter than the front ones.
