Just visited the branch, I walked in looking around for the self service machines, an bank assistant spotted me immediately and offered help. She directed me downstairs where I found the machines myself.Very peaceful, not too busy, no queues at the machines and looked like everyone was being attended to. I went to the bank and I had questions and I was in rush. Louis was really helpful and he helped me quickly with my questions and guidances I needed in just 5 minutes. All staff were friendly. Thanks ??

I was told my account would be re activated and nothing happened. Pretty poor service
