This bank is shameful zero customer serviceHave overseas non resident account ..if you want compliance forms completed fine but then dont ask for copy documentation every 5 minutes because you are so useless and incompetent to loose it!If i could give a zero star rating this would beAn understatement

No customer service/ extremely negligent. I closed the account due to that and they still managed to made multi millon bank transfer errors. Unacceptable.
