Their pistachio latte was mid and they didn't let me sit there and drink it because I had an unopened box of food from another stall with me. What am I supposed to do? Throw the food away ?? Popped in for a quick coffee, ordered a flat white (£3.80 on the board) but was charged £4.28. Didn’t say anything at the time but realised that this was their “optional” 12.5% service charge. This is far too expensive for a small sit-in coffee.However, the coffee was nice and the staff seemed friendly.
