“Crook log asdas is a lovely store with brilliant staff . Especially Michelle who is always smiling despite lack of staff in store . Never enough staff to cover the amount of customers. But when we shop there and we have a trolley someone always jumps on a till for us . Unless of course there’s only one staff working at the time . Come in management get some more staff in to help the staff already working so hard to keep the store going .From Lynne jones”
“Went in with low expectations after reading the reviews, but Samantha on the desk was wonderful, helpful and pleasant.Someone walked in a little distressed as their card had been stolen. Without hesitation she asked the other customers whether he could skip to the front of the queue - obviously no issue. She calmed the man and quickly cancelled his cards.”

She directed me downstairs where I found the machines myself.Very peaceful, not too busy, no queues at the machines and looked like everyone was being attended to. “Conveniently located ATM. If you have a Citi bank account in the US, you’ll have the option to withdraw British Pounds, Euros and US dollars! I’ve never seen these options before, but it’s great to have when you’re planning to make a trip to a country in the Euro Zone. However, I’m taking a star away because the actual ATM was dirty and covered with dust. Citi should better maintain and clean these ATMs for its customers.”
