My mum came just now for the prescription after gp because she is in pain and its closed!! How come?? You should be open till 7pm !!!!! Terrible!!!

I see here online that the pharmacy is open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. but I've been 2 x from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. still with the doors closed. After all, what time does the afternoon open?
