I had a lovely experience here- the window displays caught my attention and the promise of Miffy products drew me in. I only went into one of the shops (there was another across the road) but I found the selection of products from both smaller designers and classic brands to be delightful. This would be the perfect place to look for homeware pieces or shop for a gift for any occassion. The sales associate who helped me was very kind and helpful, and packaged my item nicely while chatting with me a little. Just a great shop with memorable and quirky pieces.

Atrocious and unprofessional costumers service.From day one I have received a bunch of excuses and lies about the product I wanted to buy. First I was told the item I bought online had ?just been sold to someone else?, then when asking (after the estimated delivery date) when I could expect delivery I was told that ?no delivery is expected soon?, stay away from this shop if you care about what you buy and want to have any idea of when it will arrive.

My wife with our newborn baby in a carrier accidentally knocked a wall hook and slightly damaged some of the paintwork on it. We are locals and frequent customers of this shop and we were buying something anyway but the manager was not particularly flexible and charged us for the item with a small discount. You'd expect this kind of shop to be more sensitive to a mum, especially for a £50 item! They should also have insurance for this kind of thing.

When you see "In Stock", expect 1 Month wait time.Ordered a Philippe Starck chair from Aria only because they had them in stock, as opposed to Kartell and Heal's where you had to place an order for delivery a few weeks later.However Aria's website says items are "In Stock" when they're actually not. It also says "If the items you are ordering are in stock, we aim to deliver your order within 3-5 working days."Instead they need to order them and wait for 3-4 weeks minimum to receive the item, only to be shipped again to your address.On top of that they never reply to my emails.

What an amazing beautiful place; I wanna get back in the near future to buy a terranium. I have an aquarium but never had a terranium and yes, looks very stylish and interesting. As for the place again: you don't see something like this everyday!

An inspiring and welcoming place (both shops!) to browse for your home or a gift. Even just to walk around and cheer yourself up! Friendly and knowledgable staff. Have always loved Aria, but even more so since the most fabulous customer service I had in the lead up to Christmas. They could not have done more to ensure a gift arrived on time. Will be back there once it can reopen and, in the meantime, will enjoy browsing online.

Great customer service. One of the items I ordered wasn't in stock yet, so the store called me to ask my preference for the items to be delivered individually or together. They also accommodated me changing the delivery address and still kept to the free delivery, despite now needing two deliveries made. Very friendly member of staff at the end of the phone too!

Staff are appallingly stuck up and ruin the whole shopping experience - shame as they have some nice stuff . I spent over £ 120 in there and didn't even get a 'thankyou' or a 'merry Christmas ' charming!
