I just had the Worst customer service ever. He was a white man who acted in a racist way towards me when I tried to ask him for help.

Service just rubbish very rude customer service, in a middle of conversation the guy put phone down and I couldn't get in touch with them. I just want to check if my item arrived or not. No no no I will never use you again ???
