Daniel and Safid were amazing today! I had my phone stolen and they helped me get a new phone and set it up with everything that was on my old phone! And reassured me about everything. Amazing team members!

I brought in my phone for Apple to repair the fact that it wouldn't vibrate since I bought it, it was either on the loud setting or on mute. They ordered in a new part for me which took a few days and replaced it and I came back 3 hours later to pick up my phone and still it wasn't vibrating.
