Went in to give away my suitcase. A female staff looked at me as though I was a beggar, asked if the suitcase is still working alright. Ridiculous

This store does not give refunds! Even if you have the receipts. Never known a shop like it, but it’s their ‘policy’. Manager was initially quite rude but later helped me find items to buy with store credit. Seems odd for a charity shop to have this policy as it’s pure luck they’ll have anything you like to buy... read full comment

i bought some ‘sunglasses’ and didn’t realise they were correction glasses until i got home. there was nothing on the label to say they were correction sunglasses or frame only either. me and my mum went back to the shop to exchange them as they were useless to us, but got greeted by rude staff and shouting ladies.... read full comment
