I can understand if the guys are busy but standing in a queue for half hour when most are walking around with sandwiches and gossiping doesn’t sit well with me , I got a Bussiness to run and that half hour could make the difference between a customer walking away happy or upset & I have worked very hard after the pandemic...

I experienced extremely poor service at the TSB Leytonstone branch. The staff were unhelpful and disinterested, complicating simple transactions. Long wait times and poor communication added to the frustration. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch based on my experience
