I can only speak for my own experience but the post man initially couldn't find the parcel I came to collect, then did 20 minutes after they closed and let me come and collect it. It's easy to be critical of basic services but I sense there are greater political forces at work that are to blame not the workers themselves

Most frustrating service is rubbish Clearly the damn doorbell is not working. As you cannot hear it why not knock.
