I have collected my Ebay order from here today.\\nI found myself in a system (theoretically), which worked efficiently.\\nThe employees of the store were polite, helpful and even can say friendly.\\nOverall, it was a nice experience visiting this place;)

Awful experience at this store never again. The store manager Saj i think his name is. Quite a big fella so thinks he can throw his weight around (literally) treated me with the most disrespect when trying to collect an item. Whoever is the regional manager for this area has a poor choice of authorative figures below him.... read full comment

Worst customer service I have ever received, the manager is very rude, not helpful at all, got annoyed because I disturbed there chit chat while they have a que of People waiting, go to another one instead
