They didn't have the "My Protein" item that I wanted. The queue was terrible and only one till was staffed. Another was opened but then when I used the Iceland app money off function, it wouldn't recognize the item shown in the picture as being free if I spent £20. I'd spent over £40. I live around the corner from iceland. No management skills at all.Customers have to ask for another cashier to be open as people go around the shop in queues.Most staff stocking up whem money is being lost by customers walking out.Been told by cahier manager name was Graham, im sure better service can happen here!!!!!

Great staff, lots to choose from, can be a bit slow on Tuesday 10% over 60s day but they are polite with it
