I love pret and have a subscription, but the service here is so poor. The accessible door is always locked and to get access to the accessible toilet is always a hassle. Regularly under staffed and staff visibly annoyed if asked to open either toilet or back accessible door (probably because they are overworked?) Really... read full comment
