The most unprofessional service you can ever imagine. Carelessly handling customers' letters and parcels, had lost items and letters sent through them multiple times. Avoid if you can!

Refused to take 9kg parcel (which they weighed) as it “looked over 10kg”. The limit is 20kg. But would take it if I paid £49 for ParcelForce, go figure.
