Couldn't find my parcel despite having pick up code and insisted it wasn't at their store - offering me someone else's in meanwhile.Had to leave, source further proof and return before it was could be found - although only delivered few hours before . .Numbers of packages loosely piled up in front of the desk.Rude staff... read full comment
