Very rude member of staff, he looks like he's from South America and has round glasses, I asked him if they had cash back because the cash machine wasn't working, and instead of replying back with a simple yes or no, he shrugged his shoulders and gave me a dirty look as if to say what do you want me to do about it. Left my cup in store, went to return to collect and was accused by a manager that I walked out without paying for a croissant. This was done in a full store, explained to him that I returned the item back as my card was not working. He had a n arrogance about him, and I asked him to check his cctv or call the police ... read full comment
