i ordered hot chocolate and didnt really taste the Chocolate, however, they make nice coffee.

Caffè Nero, like all the other chains is perfectly fine for a coffee and a snack. The two things that were disappointing for me, sockets at the tables weren't working and the toilet was disgraceful. Charging a phone PER HOUR is about 17 pence. I don't think anyone would put up a fight for a nominal fee, but to turn off... read full comment

Definitely the worst Caffè Nero in London! Service below all: no friendliness, no smile. Drinks way too sweet. At 5:30 p.m., there was no more Chantilly for the Amaretos..., at 6:00 p.m., half of the room is closed for cleaning. Unworthy, dirty toilets: since the morning, no cleaning had been done!
