Great value rooms for such a central location. The reception staff are lovely, but housekeeping is very much substandard. They did not clean our room at all, just took out the rubbish without even replacing the bin bag. Did not refill the tea/coffee either, and beddings weren't changed. The housekeeping does not meet expectations, 9/10 towels and bed sheets come dirty with some sort of stain on them and there is no manager ever here, there is not regular housekeeping and have complained to reception multiple times..The room itself is fine but no one keeps things clean

I stayed at short notice due to horrible plumbing issues at home meaning I couldn’t stay in my flat that night.
