Although I got what I needed to do done, the staff member was totally disinterested, to the point of rude. They weren't at all busy (me and one other customer - and 5 members of staff) and yet I was made to feel like an imposition. Found the staff friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, even though they didn't have what I wanted. Offered alternatives and were patient with giving advice.

Overall ok, staffs are not the fastest but they try to be friendly. By the way, Three are scamming us for changing topup option to add ons lol. I wasted around 70£
