Only 2 counters open - queue to the door. A woman walks around telling you there are no more staff to open other counters! So many branches closed and when you travel miles you then have to wait ages. Terrible

Helpful and polite members of staff.Not as busy as it used to be which shows with only 3 out of 6 counters open and less members of staff.Clearly see that the bank isn't used as much as it was.

Staff always helpful,but atm machines rubbish,some work,you can deposit but no withdrawl and vice versa.
