I remember when I was at school and Kingston had undergone its transformation and the store first opened. There was a time the store would have had a 5 star rating. The service is lovely and the staff are helpful. There are many options available in terms of merchandise and there are different payment tills at each department to make the queues short. The Waitrose has many things.
