Dirty with bad coffee (even by Pret’s standards). Toilets a disgrace, with graffiti and broken fixtures.

I asked for a small black Americano coffee only 2/3 full (so it tastes a bit stronger). First I got a coffee with milk which I took back to the counter. Next I got a large full ‘coffee’ which tasted of hot water. Disgusting. Surly staff when I complained. Prêt used to be my favourite place for coffee. Sadly no more.
