Very polite people always helpful, I always use their service for returning parcel and buying stuff but never been an issue.

I use this place occasion as it has a parcel return service, I have always found the staff to be really helpful and polite, most places I pick up or drop off parcels have really unhelpful and rude staff but I have been served here by several different people and have always had a good experience
