I needed a replacement valve for an old-fashioned bath tap. The staff guy had to search the stockroom for the right type. He opened it up to check the size, then recommended an equivalent item at a lower price. The whole thing took about 15 minutes - all for less than £12. Excellent service.

While the staff are polite don't rely on them for next day collection.I ordered a part for a waste trap for my kitchen sink on Thursday online for next day collection.
