The last two times I've ordered materials from them have been diabolical. The penultimate order arrived a day late and the last order didn't turn up at all and when I called them, they were very uncooperative. I won't be using them again

Proper builders merchants. You got Selco's, screw fix, tool station on this estate. But PBM do the business.
