Extremely nice staff. Couldn’t of been nicer. Did their job with a smile and even treated me. Quickly and easily. The one reason I’m with NatWest is because of their amazing physical service.

Really terrible service at Kington Upon Thames branch today. Waited 45 minutes while staff mill around with clipboards looking bored, and none could give an idea how long it would take to get seen. Once seen was told I needed to fill in a form that would take 20 minutes, which I could have done while waiting. I did not... read full comment
