Disgusting service from Ray Franca and his idiot manager. The pair of them don't know their products and try to cover each others incompetence by referring to rules (both of the bank and FCA) that don't apply in an attempt to gaslight and intimidate. I wouldn't touch these clowns with a barge pole.

Dear metro bank, please close this branch or atleast hire some new staff. Least helpful staff who were acting like they were busy with customers when in reality they were busy chatting among themselves. People please stay away from this branch if you value your time
