Rude service I order double cheeseburger but got single and I customised with bacon but it didn’t happen

This is a hit and miss McDonald's sometimes it's brilliant and other times we'll, they get orders wrong and cold food and cold coffee is a universal McDonald's staple especially the expensive lattes.
