So understaffed its crazy. If u need help with finding anything, your size or need an extra size in the changing room you can be waiting 15 minutes for someone to appear. There just isn't enough staff for the store to help customers!

Quite unhelpful floor managers, rude, do not seem to be interested in customers at all. One floor manager cannot make a decision without another one and the second one fumed when I mentioned that since they did not have a solution, I would call their customer services centre to seek one.
