Appalling service recently. So received time slot for parcel...waited and waited well over delivery time.40 mins on phone to royal mail only to be told up to 7pm!No apologies..or care

I usually have a good experience here, unfortunately now let down by ridiculous collection hours which seem to be getting worse every few months.
