Apparently going into the branch in person with your photo ID isn't secure enough and you won't be able to access your account without TWO IDs, nevermind they can see you sitting right in front of them. Then why even have a physical branch? Just use an online ID verification portal.

I had a problem with a car finance company taking the final payment of £5400 Twice!!!I went to the branch to sort it out and the staff there were brilliant thank you to the manager she really helped me ??

Absolutely shocking - the two girls at the front door are beyond incompetent and soo disinterested they may as well be wearing t-shirts saying ‘don’t ask me’. Spent an hour opening a savings account for my baby - I had to do it all online on my phone in branch and they just had to verify his document. Watching Jennifer... read full comment
