One of the worst and most upsetting shopping experiences of my life. Caught the staff making faces at me and imitating me. I was patronised and made fun off. Caught the names Holly, Hannah and Sasha I believe. I will not be shopping in any other Flannels again knowing they employ people like this

I visited Kingston and entered the Flannels store with my Son (17) and granddaughter (8). Both well behaved, not that that matters.
