Dietary restrictions: I don’t have an intolerance to dairy just a preference for oat milk however the staff kindly checked if I had an intolerance as the drink I ordered had cream added.

I go in there every day when I work in Kingston . The staff and manageress are friendly and welcoming. They know my order - ok, it’s always the same (!) but it’s still nice to be welcomed with a smile and have a brief chat. So much better than Nero’s in Fife Rd who in a year never so much as smiled !

I had a wonderful experience today at Costa in Kingston. I came in with my friend and our two babies. Adrian and Naeem were so kind and considerate. They really made our day!
