Poor service, disorganized; this was the second time the medication was out of stock. They sent me to another pharmacy, where I was informed that the prescription could only be collected from Kingston Hospital. I had to pay unnecessary parking charges. I really need to get hold of them to request my prescription (can only get from the hospital) and get it sent to New Malden for me to pick up. No one ever answers and no way to reach them. If only I could email. Now I have to spend an hour plus driving there and they will have to order.
