This is the worse Boots pharmacy I have ever been! Their customer service is appalling

Terrible. Had a prescription sent from Kingston Hospital for my sick baby that needed an inhaler and spacer. Went to collect only to be told they had no spacers and would take a week to have one! So sent away with an inhaler that my baby obviously couldn't use! So that was useless. Terrible management of their stock!

Jean could not be more helpful and goes the extra mile to make sure my items are available. My compression sleeves takes ages to come through so Jean makes sure she has a set in stock ready for my next prescription.
