They’re never fricking open!! You’re the closest branch to so many towns as all the Barclays have shut down, yet you’re never bloody open and when you are open you close too early! How’s anyone supposed to be able to go to the bank! ?

Lucia at Barclays Kingston,who we saw was brilliant. My mum is 95 and she took time to explain everything to her. However, the set up in the banking hall isn't great nor the booking of the appointment. Nobody to welcome us and we had to wait and ask where to go. The bank manager was dismissive and not helpful at all. If you’re an international student I don’t recommend them. I waited 2 weeks for a code that did not arrive, waited on the phone for an hour just to get through to someone so they can book me in, to be met with this person to tell me I have to go do it all again..?... read full comment
