Terrible. Had an appointment on 22/12/23 and was waiting for over 45 minutes. Ended up leaving as it was soo close to christmas.Only just got my prescription sorted 5/3/2024....Was supposed to get a free trial for contact lenses, never happened......Really bad service, not even sure my glasses are the correct prescription?Stay... read full comment

On my visit to collect my glasses, the staff was not very helpful. Next year, I will be visiting another optician since I paid a lot of money and expect a much better experience.

The complete service from the front counter to the test, then to the optometrist and to the frame fitting has been fantastic. All of the staff were engaging and happy, even during the busy times. I have now sent my daughter and wife in to be fitted.
